A furry friend..

I'm trying to get some work done and there is a cat meowing outside. He is on the ground below my deck (three floors down). He is cute. Looks like a mini version of my cat Sig. I want to take it in, but prob belongs to someone. Keeps trying to climb up a tree, then slides down...he (or she) is really tiny.
